I am not sure how this post is supposed to go.
I have made some positive strides; still not where I was, but better than I have been.
My weight sucks, my dedication sucks, my disciple sucks, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel…… I AM trying. I am walking to work daily, I am working out more than I was, my wrist is severely injured but excuses as like assholes.
Tomorrow is a big day. I will be doing 15 miles on my feet. Two 6.5 mile sessions on the treadmill and walking to work and back.
This is also a veggie week……. yay
