Moving right along……Foot loose and fancy free

So the countdown continues. 164 days left. crossfit has been going well but since the move to Frederick my running has sucked.

My upcoming schedule is:

Run tomorrow 10 MILES (TH, 21st)

Run Fri: 10 MILES

Run Sat: LONG WALK WITH WIFE AND DOG

SUN = 15 MILES

Mon = 15 MILES

T,W,TH,F = XFIT

SAT = 30 MILES

SUN = OFF

M XFIT

T = 1O MILES

W = XFIT

TH=10 MILES

F = OFF

SAT = 5 MILES (JUNE 6)

SUN = OFF

(AM) M, W, F = XFIT

(AM) T, TH = 10 MILES

(PM) M, W = 5 MILES

SAT/SUN = 20+

SAT/SUN = OFF
