26.2 X 2 = 52.4 MILES. TIME CAP 14 HOURS. PRAYING TO ACHIEVE UNDER 13 HOURS.

This monday was XFIT and NO running. Tuesday was Olympic Lifting(1HR) + 12 miles(3HR). Wednesday OFF. Thursday 8 Mile (2HR). Friday, 4 mile(1HR).

SATURDAY = D-DAY!
